Airborne Asbestos Detected on Marco Island

Contrary to the "story" we were fed when the asbestos was being buried and/or being hauled away on Marco Island, airborne asbestos WAS being detected.

In fact it was being detected at varying levels over a 4 month period.

Call upon City Council to Meet Obama-EPA Guidelines

As a form of restitution and redress for raping the environment near and in Marco Island, we call upon the Marco Island City Council to reconsider the Horse-Drawn Carriage form of transportation on the island.

Obama Administration Finalizes Historic 54.5 mpg Fuel Efficiency Standards EPA Announces

 Consumer Savings Comparable to Lowering Price of Gasoline by $1 Per Gallon by 2025

In fact, we urge that all fossil-consuming modes of transportation be either replaced with horses/mules/donkeys/alpacas/camels/llamas or meet the new Obama-EPA guidelines for the near future.

Horse-drawn transportation will assuredly meet if not improve on the de novo REQUIREMENT that transportation vehicles meet a fuel efficiency rating of 54.5MPG.

There is a precedence for such a move on Marco Island.

As the syndicate wants us to forget, the City Council continually asserted that Charlie Crist wanted the STRP to be implemented "at all cost." Though we now know that such an assertion was one of so many lies we were fed, we do know that Charlie has just endorsed Barrack, ipso facto the City must now tow the line of their own beloved regime.

Cuba Takes Up Marco Island Horse-Draw Carriage Idea

The city of La Habana (Havana for the culturally challenged) Cuba has just authorized its first syndicate of horse-drawn carriages.

Since the people of Cuba can't afford to eat, naturally this new service is for the tourists - invariably the Americans that by the millions illegally travel to the imprisoned island with the ruse of "vacationing" (translation: prop up a murderous socialist-marxist ruling elite).

Who is to say that the morons that run that God-forsaken beautiful city did not get their idea from the morons that run Marco Island when the latter refused to allow the same service. But if you notice, the syndicate in La Habana is involved in the business, unlike on Marco Island where the syndicate was NOT involved in the business.

If the syndicate had a piece of the horse-drawn business on Marco Island, rest assured that there would be horses already defecating and urinating and flatulenting to their hearts' content all over the streets and swales and lawns (wow - just like the poisoned dewatering!) which would have precipitated yet another fraudulent $400Million sewer project to ensure that said feces and urine be captured.

Perhaps the entire Marco Island City Council would like to travel to Cuba to get a first-hand look at the business in the hope that they 1)reconsider, 2)go there wearing anti-Castro T-shirts.

Arnon "Rony" Joel Desposition Revealed

In the case CARES vs. City of Marco Island, Arnon "Rony" Joel & Bill Moss, the defendant Joel was deposed.

After years of wrangling, we were finally able to obtain this video from the lawyers that defended the defendants - at taxpayers' expense of course.

The deposition of defendant Joel was never released and the City of Marco Island through its attorneys fought to keep this deposition hidden from public scrutiny - especially as the debate on the validity and efficacy and truth of the failed sewer project were being debated. As one watches the deposition of defendant Joel one can see/hear why the syndicate fought hard to keep it hidden.
