these concered citizens aren't worried about the water they worried about their pockets,if the city was hooking reisdents up to the sewer for free there would be no problems.

I Am very worried about the FECAL MATTER the City Council Kelber said was floating in the water canals.

Kelber has no prof of fecal matter in the canals and tests have shown that, she said that to justify the STRP.
