Reinke Resurrection & Another Conflict

In keeping with a similar practice of alienating part of a city’s workforce while screwing the taxpayers, the tag-team duo of Moss-Reinke are at it again – this time in Naples.

Now they are fighting with the firefighters and running up more legal fees, just like on Marco where these two spent a small fortune on legal fees and  faux police investigations.

While these two characters were part of the Marco Island kakistocracy, the city violated the Clean Water Act and the Clean Air Act – the latter leading to the EPA fining the city. But instead of fixing the problem and protecting public safety, they clashed with the citizens, denigrating some of them, and obfuscated long enough so they can get away scot-free.

And of course who could forget the purported “investigation” by Reinke as to the “planting of asbestos” allegedly by septuagenarians at the behest of the liar Tucker (“I have pictures”) – an investigation despite the fact that right across the street to where the asbestos was found was where their contractor was crushing asbestos. The investigation was so pathetic that the U.S. Justice Department started its own investigation of the Reinke-led investigation.

(two documents of interest from the archives ...
Faux investigation report by City of Marco Island Police - geriatrics dump tons of asbestos … not
FDEP "police" report - offering assistance to City of Marco Island's faux investigation of dumping of asbestos by a couple of geriatrics - note it disputes Officer Guerrero's report
)

We all know where the Reinke “investigation” went – the EPA fine proving it was baseless.

So Naples, you are in for a treat with these two. Fasten your seat belts and get ready for the legal fees to mount.
