More EPA Documents Requested

pursuant to our conversation of today, please let the following clarify my request for information under the foia as submitted:
1. all documents/information/objects related in any way whatsoever with the city of marco island florida and/or arnon joel (aka rony joel) from August 2008 to the present. august 2008 is AFTER and OUTSIDE OF the time period covered by my previous request that was settled in the foia case. hence this aspect of my request has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FOIA CASE. despite the fact that the case was settled in 2010, the epa REFUSED to provide anything as part of the settlement that was AFTER the original request dated to 2008.
2. all documents/information/objects related in any way whatsoever with the city of marco island florida and/or arnon joel (aka rony joel) from 2003 to july 2005. this before is BEFORE and OUTSIDE OF the time period covered by my previous request that was settled in the foia case. hence this aspect of my request has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FOIA CASE. despite the fact that the case was settled in 2010, the epa REFUSED to provide anything as part of the settlement that was BEFORE the original request dated from 2005.
3. all documents/information/objects related in any way whatsoever with the city of marco island florida and/or arnon joel (aka rony joel) from july 2005 until august 2008 THAT WERE NOT PROVIDED AS PART OF THE FOIA CASE. i have a document, that i will send under separate cover, from the epa stating that the epa would not and did not produce certain documents/information as part of the foia case because of a pending criminal investigation. i am requesting those documents/information that WERE NOT PROVIDED AS PART OF THE FOIA CASE.
the foia request to the epa of last month is exactly as detailed herein especially after my response of november 8, 2011. with this further detail i trust that the epa can comply with the foia request.
