Basic Human Rights not Applicable on Marco Island

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights does not apply to those that disagree with the local syndicate. For if you do state your opinion or your expression or even state the facts, you get sued, denigrated, besmirched, ridiculed or of course taxed until you shut up and leave.
